Steps
  1. Activate Relic of Legends' first ability by tapping it, adding {W}.
  2. Activate Relic of Legends' second ability four times by tapping Sisay and three other legendary creatures you control, adding {U}{B}{R}{G}.
  3. Activate Sisay by paying {W}{U}{B}{R}{G}, searching your library for a legendary creature card with mana value less than Sisay's power and putting it onto the battlefield.
  4. The legendary creature enters the battlefield, triggering Intruder Alarm, untapping all creatures.
  5. Activate Relic of Legends' second ability five times by tapping Sisay and four other legendary creatures you control, adding {W}{U}{B}{R}{G}.
  6. Repeat from step 3.
