Steps
  1. Activate any number of creatures you control by tapping them, adding at least {1}{G}{U}.
  2. Cast Quickling by paying {1}{U}.
  3. When Quickling enters the battlefield, it, Clement and Intruder Alarm trigger.
  4. Resolve the Intruder Alarm trigger, untapping all creatures.
  5. Holding priority, activate any number of creatures you control by tapping them, adding at least {1}{G}{U}.
  6. Resolve the Clement trigger, returning nothing to your hand.
  7. Resolve the Quickling trigger, returning Clement from the battlefield to your hand.
  8. Cast Clement by paying {1}{G}{U}.
  9. When Clement enters the battlefield, it and Intruder Alarm trigger.
  10. Resolve the Clement trigger, returning Quickling from the battlefield to your hand.
  11. Resolve the Intruder Alarm trigger, untapping all creatures.
  12. Repeat.
