Steps
  1. Activate all nonland mana-producing permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least {3}{U} plus enough mana to pay for the cycling cost of an instant/sorcery card in your hand.
  2. Cast Dramatic Reversal by paying {1}{U}, untapping all nonland permanents you control.
  3. Activate any instant/sorcery card in your hand's cycling ability by paying its cycling cost and discarding it.
  4. Escape Protocol triggers, causing you to pay {1} to blink Scholar of the Ages.
  5. Scholar of the Ages enters the battlefield, returning Dramatic Reversal and the card with cycling from your graveyard to your hand.
  6. Resolve the cycling ability from step 2, causing you to draw a card.
  7. Repeat.
