Steps

Resolve the Talrand trigger, creating a 2/2 Drake creature token.
Resolve both Time Stretchs, causing you to take four extra turns after this one.
Move to your third extra turn.
Cast Call to Mind by paying {2}{U} and sacrificing a creature with power 2 or greater, targeting Mystic Retrieval.
