Steps
  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Wurm tokens, adding {B}{B}.
  2. Activate Chainer by paying {B}{B}{B} and 3 life, putting Wurmcoil Engine from your graveyard onto the battlefield.
  3. When Wurmcoil Engine enters the battlefield, Trostani triggers, causing you to gain life equal to Wurmcoil Engine's toughness.
  4. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Wurmcoil Engine, adding {B}.
  5. When Wurmcoil Engine dies, it triggers, creating two 3/3 Wurm artifact creature tokens.
