Steps
- If Sabin is in your graveyard, cast it for its blitz cost by paying {R}{R} and discarding a card. Otherwise, cast Sabin either from your hand or from the command zone by paying {2}{R} plus commander tax, if applicable.
- Skyfire Phoenix triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- Activate Thermopod twice by sacrificing Sabin and Skyfire Phoenix, adding {R}{R}.
- Choose not to return Sabin to the command zone from your graveyard.
- When Sabin dies, if it was cast using its blitz ability, it triggers, causing you to draw a card.
- Repeat.
