Steps

At the beginning of your combat phase, Mishra triggers, creating a token copy of Mindslaver that is a 4/4 artifact creature named Mishra's Warform in addition to it's other types.
Activate Mishra's Warform by paying {4}, tapping and sacrificing it, targeting an opponent.
Holding priority, activate The Peregrine Dynamo by paying {1} and tapping it, copying Mishra's Warform's ability, targeting any other opponent.
Activate Tawnos by paying {U}{R} and tapping it, copying Mishra's Warform's ability, targeting any other opponent.
Resolve all Mishra's Warform abilities, causing you to gain control of the targeted opponents during their next turns.
Repeat during each of your turns.
