Steps

Cast Walk the Aeons with buyback by paying {4}{U}{U} and sacrificing three Islands, causing you to take an extra turn after this one and return Walk the Aeons to your hand.
Cast Life from the Loam by paying {1}{G}, returning the three Islands from your graveyard to your hand.
Cast Journey to the Oracle either from your hand or from the command zone by paying {2}{G}{G} and commander tax, if applicable.
