Steps

Activate Soul of New Phyrexia's first ability by paying {5}, giving permanents you control indestructible until end of turn.
Activate Diaochan by tapping it, destroying an opponent's creature and any creature of that opponent's choice.
If the opponent chooses a creature you control to be destroyed, it is not destroyed due to it having indestructible.
The creature the opponent controls dies, triggering Diaochan, untapping Diaochan.
Repeat from step 2.
