Steps

  2. Activate Phyrexian Altar five times by sacrificing five Wurms, adding {2}{B/G}{B/G}{B/G}.
  3. When the Wurms die, Smothering Abomination and Lluwen trigger five times each.
  4. Resolve all Lluwen triggers, untapping it.
