Steps
  1. Cast Shiko either from your hand or from the command zone by paying {2}{U}{R}{W} plus commander tax, if applicable.
  2. When Shiko enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling Another Round from your graveyard and casting a copy of it without paying its mana cost.
  3. Swarm Intelligence triggers, copying the Another Round spell.
  4. Resolve the first copy of Another Round, blinking Shiko.
  5. When Shiko enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling Pull from Eternity from your graveyard and casting a copy of it without paying its mana cost.
  6. Swarm Intelligence triggers, copying the Pull from Eternity spell.
