Steps
  1. Activate Sphinx of the Revelation by paying {W}{U}{U}, tapping it and paying at least {E}{E}{E}{E}, causing you to draw at least four cards.
  2. Shabraz triggers for each card drawn this way.
  3. Resolve the first Shabraz trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and putting a +1/+1 counter on Shabraz.
  4. Sphinx of the Revelation triggers, causing you to get {E}.
  5. Repeat from step 3 for each remaining Shabraz trigger.
  6. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Sphinx of the Revelation.
  7. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping a mana-producing permanent that can produce at least {W} or {U}.
