Steps

  4. Cast Skullwinder by paying its mana cost.
  5. When Skullwinder enters, it triggers, returning Saheeli's Artistry from your graveyard to your hand.
  6. Activate up to seven lands by tapping them, adding at least {4}{U}{U}.
  7. Cast Saheeli's Artistry by paying {4}{U}{U}, creating a token copy of Skullwinder and the Palinchron token.
  8. When the Skullwinder and Palinchron tokens enter, they trigger.
