Steps

  3. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying {2}{U}, blinking Shipwreck Dowser and Returned Pastcaller.
  4. When Shipwreck Dowser and Returned Pastcaller enter the battlefield, they trigger, returning Turnabout and Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
