Steps
  1. Cast any other instant or sorcery by paying its mana cost.
  2. Shantotto triggers, giving it +X/+0 until end of turn, where X is the amount of mana spent to cast the spell, and causing you to draw a card if X was 4 or greater.
  3. Activate Empowered Autogenerator by tapping it, putting a charge counter on it and adding {R} for each charge counter on it.
  4. Cast Reiterate with buyback by paying {4}{R}{R}.
  5. Shantotto triggers, giving it +6/+0 until end of turn and causing you to draw a card.
  6. Resolve Reiterate, copying the instant or sorcery.
  7. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Empowered Autogenerator.
  8. Repeat.
