Steps
  1. Activate Rowan by tapping it, causing black and red spells you cast to cost {1} less for each life you've lost this turn.
  2. Cast Ashling's Command by paying {U}{R} due to Rowan. Choose its fourth mode targeting yourself and then any other mode as desired.
  3. Holding priority, cast Reiterate with buyback by paying {R}{R} due to Rowan, copying Ashling's Command with the fourth mode targeting yourself and returning Reiterate to your hand.
  4. Resolve the copy of Ashling's Command, creating two Treasure tokens and performing the action of the other chosen mode.
  5. Holding priority, activate the Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding {R}{R}.
  6. Repeat from step 3.
