Steps
  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Tenacious Tomeseeker, adding {R}.
  2. When Tenacious Tomeseeker dies, Mortuary triggers, putting Tenacious Tomeseeker on top of your library from your graveyard.
  3. Cast Hit the Mother Lode by paying {4}{R}{R}{R}, exiling Tenacious Tomeseeker from the top of your library and casting it without paying its mana cost, sacrificing an artifact, enchantment or token to its Bargain ability, and creating seven tapped Treasure artifact tokens.
  4. When the Treasures enter the battlefield, Amulet of Vigor triggers seven times, untapping the Treasures.
  5. Tenacious Tomeseeker enters the battlefield, triggering itself, returning Hit the Mother Lode from your graveyard to your hand.
  6. Activate six Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding {4}{R}{R}.
