Steps
  1. Cast Petals of Insight by paying {4}{U}.
  2. Ovika and Sorcerer Class trigger.
  3. Resolve the Ovika trigger, creating five 1/1 Phyrexian Goblin tokens that gain haste until end of turn.
  4. Resolve the Sorcerer Class trigger, dealing 1 damage to each opponent for each instant and/or sorcery spell you've cast this turn.
  5. Resolve Petals of Insight, putting the top three cards of your library on the bottom of your library and returning Petals of Insight to your hand.
  6. Activate the five Phyrexian Goblins by tapping them, adding {4}{U} that can only be spent to cast an instant or sorcery spell, or to gain a Class level.
  7. Repeat.
