Steps
  1. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying {2}{U}, targeting Scrivener and the mana-producing land.
  2. Orvar triggers, creating a copy of the mana-producing land.
  3. When the land token enters the battlefield, Stone-Seeder Hierophant triggers.
  4. Holding priority, activate the nontoken land by tapping it, adding {U}.
  5. Activate Stone-Seeder Hierophant by tapping it, untapping the land.
  6. Activate the nontoken land by tapping it, adding {U}.
  7. Resolve the Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger from step 3, untapping it.
  8. Resolve Ghostly Flicker, blinking the land and Scrivener.
  9. When the land and Scrivener enter the battlefield, Scrivener and Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger.
  10. Resolve the Scrivener trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
  11. Holding priority, activate the land token by tapping it, adding at least {U}.
  12. Activate Stone-Seeder Hierophant by tapping it, untapping the land token.
  13. Resolve the Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger from step 8, untapping it.
  14. Repeat from step 2.
