Steps

Cast Sakashima of a Thousand Faces either from your hand or from the command zone by paying {3}{U} plus commander tax, if applicable, choosing to have it enter the battlefield as a copy of Abdel Adrian.
When Sakashima of a Thousand Faces enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling Abdel Adrian until Sakashima of a Thousand Faces leaves the battlefield and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token.
When Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, Oblivion Ring returns from exile to the battlefield.
When Oblivion Ring enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, exiling Sakashima of a Thousand Faces.
When Sakashima of a Thousand Faces leaves the battlefield, Abdel Adrian returns from exile to the battlefield.
