Steps

2. Put any triggered ability on the stack.
3. Holding priority, activate Mister Fantastic by paying {R}{G}{W}{U} and tapping it, ensuring to use the mana from Sunken Palace, targeting a triggered ability.
4. Sunken Palace triggers. Holding priority, activate North Pole Patrol by tapping it, untapping Mister Fantastic.
5. Activate Mister Fantastic by paying {1}{R}{G}{W}{U} and tapping it, copying Sunken Palace's trigger twice.
6. Resolve the first Sunken Palace trigger, copying Mister Fantastic's ability, targeting a Sunken Palace trigger.
7. Resolve the Mister Fantastic ability, copying Sunken Palace's trigger twice.
8. Repeat from step 6.
