Steps

At the beginning of your end step, Toph triggers, animating a land you control that enters the battlefield untapped.
During your next turn, cast Springheart Nantuko for its bestow cost by paying {1}{G}, attaching it to an animated land.
Play a land. When the land enters, Springheart Nantuko triggers, causing you to pay {1}{G} to create a copy of the land it is attached to.
When the land token enters, Springheart Nantuko and Nissa trigger.
Holding priority, activate the land token by tapping it, adding at least {1}.
Resolve the Nissa trigger, adding {G}.
Resolve the Springheart Nantuko trigger, causing you to pay {1}{G} to create a copy of the land it is attached to.
