Steps
  1. At the beginning of your combat phase, Preston's first ability triggers, putting a Settlement Aura token onto the battlefield attached to a land you control.
  2. Declare Preston as an attacker, and Najeela if desired.
  3. If Najeela was declared as an attacker, it triggers, creating a 1/1 Warrior creature token that's tapped and attacking.
  4. Preston's second ability triggers, untapping each enchanted permanent you control.
  5. Activate any number of enchanted permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least {W}{U}{B}{R}{G}.
  6. Activate Najeela by paying {W}{U}{B}{R}{G}, untapping all attacking creatures, giving them trample, lifelink and haste, and gaining an additional combat phase after this one.
