Hold priority and sacrifice Mirror (exiled by Rest in Peace), targeting Mirror and Mind's Desire.
Mirror resolves, exiling all cards in your library while making Mind's Desire and Mirror your new library.
Both copies of Mind's Desire resolve, casting Mirror and Mind's Desire (storm count 2/3, 3/4 copies on the stack).
Repeat, increasing the storm count any amount of times while reusing Mirror to reset the library, allowing to cast any spell through Mind's Desire.
