Steps
  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Stormbound Geist, adding {U}.
  2. When Stormbound Geist dies, its undying ability and Goldberry trigger.
  3. Resolve the Stormbound Geist trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
  4. Holding priority, activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Goldberry.
  5. Activate Goldberry's first ability by tapping it, moving the +1/+1 counter from Stormbound Geist onto Goldberry.
  6. Resolve the Goldberry trigger from step 2, untapping it.
  7. Activate Goldberry's second ability by paying {U} and tapping it, moving the +1/+1 counter from Goldberry onto any permanent except Stormbound Geist, and causing you to draw a card.
  8. Repeat.
