Steps
  1. Deal combat damage to an opponent using the creature that has Biorganic Carapace attached, triggering it.
  2. Holding priority, activate The Peregrine Dynamo by paying {1} and tapping it, copying the creature's trigger.
  3. Resolve the copy of the creature's ability, drawing a card for each modified creature you control.
  4. Holding priority, activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping The Peregrine Dynamo.
  5. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping a mana-producing permanent.
  6. Activate the mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding {1}.
  7. Repeat from step 2.
