Steps
  1. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a land card.
  2. Slogurk's first ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself.
  3. Resolve the Mind over Matter ability, untapping an applicable permanent that can produce at least {U} and/or {G}.
  4. Activate the mana producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least {U} and/or {G}.
  5. Repeat from step 1 two additional times.
  6. Activate Slogurk's second ability by removing three +1/+1 counters from it, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
  7. Slogurk leaves the battlefield, returning three land cards from your graveyard to your hand.
