Steps
  1. Cause an opponent to discard at least one card.
  2. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least {1}.
  3. Activate Mind over Matter twice by discarding Sandstorm Eidolon and another card, untapping Elite Arcanist and the mana-producing permanent.
  4. Activate Elite Arcanist by paying {1} and tapping it, casting a copy of Dream Salvage without paying its mana cost.
  5. Sandstorm Eidolon triggers, returning itself to your hand from your graveyard.
  6. Resolve Dream Salvage, causing you to draw at least one card.
  7. Repeat from step 2.
