Steps

  2. When the Illusion dies, Minn's second ability triggers.
  3. Holding priority, activate Meloku by paying {1} and returning Phyrexian Tower from the battlefield to your hand, creating a 1/1 Illusion creature token.
  4. Resolve the Minn trigger, putting Phyrexian Tower from your hand onto the battlefield.
  5. Repeat.
