Steps
  1. Activate Cauldron Familiar by sacrificing a Food.
  2. Ygra triggers, putting two +1/+1 counters on it.
  3. Resolve the Cauldron Familiar ability, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  4. Cauldron Familiar and Teval trigger.
  5. Resolve the Teval trigger, creating a creature token.
  6. Resolve the Cauldron Familiar trigger, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
  7. Activate Megatog by sacrificing Cauldron Familiar.
  8. When Cauldron Familiar dies, Ygra triggers, putting two +1/+1 counters on it.
  9. Resolve the Megatog ability.
  10. Repeat.

Combo 2 with Sword of the Meek

Also requires: Sword of the Meek Sword of the Meek
Results: Infinite ETB · Infinite creature tokens · Infinitely large creature until end of turn
Show steps
  1. Cause a 2/2 creature to enter the battlefield under your control, which enters as a 1/1.
  2. Sword of the Meek triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to the 1/1 creature.
  3. Teval triggers. Holding priority, activate Megatog by sacrificing Sword of the Meek.
  4. Resolve the Teval trigger, creating a 2/2 Zombie Druid creature token.
  5. Repeat from step 2.
