Steps
  1. Activate Slobad by tapping it and sacrificing Spine of Ish Sah, adding seven {R} that can only be spent to cast artifact spells or to activate abilities of artifacts.
  2. Spine of Ish Sah leaves the battlefield, returning itself from your graveyard to your hand.
  3. Cast Spine of Ish Sah by paying {7}.
  4. Spine of Ish Sah enters the battlefield as a creature due to March of the Machines, triggering itself and Intruder Alarm.
  5. Resolve the Intruder Alarm trigger, untapping all creatures.
  6. Resolve the Spine of Ish Sah trigger, destroying target permanent.
  7. Repeat.
