Resolve the Swarm Intelligence trigger, copying Memory Lapse, targeting the original Memory Lapse.
Storm-Kiln Artist triggers, creating a Treasure token.
Resolve the copy of Memory Lapse, countering the original Memory Lapse and putting it on top of your library.
