Steps

Activate Mirage Mirror by paying {2}, causing it to become a copy of the Spacecraft until end of turn
Activate Mirage Mirror by tapping a creature with power 3 or greater, putting at least three charge counters on it.
During your next turn, activate Mirage Mirror twice by paying {4}, with the first ability targeting the Spacecraft and the second ability targeting Magistrate's Scepter.
Resolve the first ability, causing Mirage Mirror to become a copy of Magistrate's Scepter until end of turn.
Holding priority, activate Mirage Mirror's second ability by tapping it and removing three charge counters from it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
Resolve the second Mirage Mirror ability from step 3, causing it to become a copy of the Spacecraft until end of turn.
