Steps
  1. Cast Tidal Bore by returning Mystic Sanctuary from the battlefield to your hand, untapping Llanowar Scout.
  2. Activate Llanowar Scout by tapping it, putting Mystic Sanctuary from your hand onto the battlefield.
  3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield, it and Aesi trigger.
  4. Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, putting Tidal Bore on top of your library from your graveyard.
  5. Resolve the Aesi trigger, causing you to draw Tidal Bore from the top of your library.
  6. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding {U}.
  7. Repeat.
