Steps

Cause a 2/2 creature to enter the battlefield under your control, which enters as a 1/1.
Sword of the Meek triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to the 1/1 creature.
On Wings of Gold triggers. Holding priority, activate Lithatog by sacrificing Sword of the Meek.
Resolve the On Wings of Gold trigger, creating a 2/2 Zombie creature token.
Repeat from step 2.
