Steps
  1. Draw a card.
  2. The Locust God triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token with flying and haste.
  3. The Insect creature token enters the battlefield, triggering Cathars' Crusade, putting a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
  4. Benthic Biomancer triggers, causing you to draw a card, and then discard a card.
  5. Repeat from step 2 until you draw from your empty library, winning the game instead.
