Steps
  1. During an opponent's turn, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing another creature, adding {U/B}.
  2. Kels triggers, and The Watcher in the Water's second ability triggers if the sacrificed creature was a Tentacle.
  3. Resolve the Watcher in the Water trigger, if applicable, untapping up to one Kraken and putting a stun counter on up to one permanent.
  4. Resolve the Kels trigger, causing you to pay {U/B} to draw a card.
  5. The Watcher in the Water's first ability triggers, creating a 1/1 Tentacle creature token.
  6. Repeat.
