Steps
  1. Cast Selective Memory by paying {3}{U}, searching your library for all nonlands card and exiling them, then shuffle.
  2. Cast Risen Reef by paying {1}{G}{U}.
  3. Risen Reef enters the battlefield, revealing cards from the top of your library and putting a land card onto the battlefield.
  4. Zendikar's Roil triggers, creating a 2/2 Elemental token.
  5. Repeat from step 2.
  6. Once you put all lands from your library onto the battlefield.
  7. Activate Jace's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing target player to mill two and drawing you a card.
  8. Jace triggers, winning you the game.
