Steps
  1. Activate Sanctum Weaver by tapping it, adding at least {W}{W}{W} or {G}{G}{G}.
  2. Activate Instill Energy by paying {0}, untapping Sanctum Weaver.
  3. Cast Minimus Containment by paying {2}{W}, attaching it to Instill Energy, causing it to become a Treasure artifact.
  4. Activate Sanctum Weaver by tapping it, adding at least {W}{W}{W}{W} or {G}{G}{G}{G}.
  5. Activate Instill Energy by tapping and sacrificing it, adding one mana of any color.
  6. Mazzy's second ability triggers twice, exiling Instill Energy and Minimus Containment from your graveyard and allowing you to cast them until the end of your next turn.
  7. Cast Instill Energy from exile by paying {G}, attaching it to Sanctum Weaver.
  8. Activate Instill Energy by paying {0}, untapping Sanctum Weaver.
  9. Cast Minimus Containment from exile by paying {2}{W}, attaching it to Instill Energy, causing it to become a Treasure artifact.
  10. Repeat from step 4.
