Steps
- Cast Hildibrand either from your hand, from exile, or from the command zone by paying {1}{W} plus commander tax, if applicable.
- Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Hildibrand, adding {C}{C}.
- When Hildibrand triggers, it and Pitiless Plunderer trigger.
- Resolve the Hildibrand trigger, allowing you to cast it from your graveyard as an Adventure until the end of your next turn.
- Resolve the Pitiless Plunderer trigger, creating a Treasure token.
- Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding {B}.
- Cast Gentlemen's Rise from your graveyard by paying {2}{B}, creating a 2/2 Zombie creature token and exiling Gentlemen's Rise with the ability to cast it as Hildibrand later.
- Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Zombie, adding {C}{C}.
- When the Zombie dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token.
- Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding {W}.
- Repeat.
