Steps

If needed, activate RMS Titanic's crew ability by tapping any number of creatures with power 3 or greater, causing it to become an artifact creature until end of turn.
Activate Assault Suit's equip ability by paying {3}, attaching it to RMS Titanic.
Declare Hellkite Charger and RMS Titanic as attackers, triggering Hellkite Charger.
Resolve the Hellkite Charger trigger, causing you to pay {5}{R}{R} to untap all attacking creatures you control and to get an additional combat phase after this one.
Deal combat damage to an opponent using RMS Titanic, triggering its ability, causing you to not sacrifice it due to Assault Suit and create nine Treasure tokens.
