  6. Repeat.

  3. Rally the Galadhrim's conspire ability triggers, copying it, targeting Great Whale.
  4. Resolve the copy of Rally the Galadhrim, creating a token copy of Great Whale.
  5. When the Great Whale token enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to seven lands.
  6. Resolve the original Rally the Galadhrim, creating a token copy of Timeless Witness.
