Steps

Activate Gilded Lotus by tapping it, adding {3}.
Activate Mirage Mirror twice by paying {4}, targeting Grinning Ignus and Gilded Lotus.
Resolve the first Mirage Mirror ability, causing it to become a copy of Gilded Lotus until end of turn.
Activate Mirage Mirror by tapping it, adding {R}{R}{R}.
Resolve the second Mirage Mirror ability, causing it to become a copy of Grinning Ignus until end of turn.
Activate Mirage Mirror by paying {R} and returning it to your hand, adding {C}{C}{R}.
Cast Mirage Mirror by paying {1}.
Repeat from step 2 until you have a very large storm count.
Cast Grapeshot by paying {1}{R}.
Grapeshot's storm ability triggers, creating a copy of Grapeshot for each spell you've cast this turn.
