Steps

  2. When Rosie Cotton enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, creating a Food token.
  3. When the token enters the battlefield, Rosie Cotton's second ability and Golbez trigger.
  4. Resolve the Rosie Cotton trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on Arcbound Reclaimer.
  5. Holding priority, activate Arcbound Reclaimer by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, putting an artifact creature card from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
