Steps
  1. Declare Gishath and Hellkite Charger as attackers, triggering Hellkite Charger's ability.
  2. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar seven times by sacrificing seven other nontoken Dinosaurs, adding {5}{R}{R}.
  3. When the Dinosaurs die, Mortuary triggers that many times, putting the Dinosaurs on top of your library from your graveyard.
  4. Resolve the Hellkite Charger trigger, causing you to pay {5}{R}{R} to untap all attacking creatures you control and to get an additional combat phase after this one.
