Steps
  1. Activate Osteomancer Adept by tapping it, allowing you to cast creature spells from your graveyard this turn by foraging in addition to the spell's other costs.
  2. Cast Gilded Goose from your graveyard by paying {G} and sacrificing a Food, causing it to not enter the battlefield with a finality counter on it due to Solemnity.
  3. When Gilded Goose enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating a Food token.
  4. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Gilded Goose, adding {G}.
