Steps

  4. Holding priority, activate Kitsa's second ability by paying {2} and tapping it, copying Frantic Search.
  5. Resolve the copy of Frantic Search, causing you to loot twice and untap Minamo, The Core and up to one other land.
  6. Activate The Core and up to one other land by tapping them, adding at least {3}{U}.
  7. Activate Minamo's second ability by paying {U} and tapping it, untapping Kitsa.
