Steps
  1. Cast Jyoti from the command zone by paying {2}{G}{U} plus commander tax, if applicable.
  2. When Jyoti enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, creating a 1/1 Forest Dryad creature token for each time you've cast Jyoti from the command zone this game.
  3. When the Forest Dryads enter the battlefield, Nissa triggers that many times, adding {1} for each Forest Dryad.
  4. Activate Food Chain by exiling Jyoti, adding {G}{G}{G}{G}{G} that can only be spent to cast creature spells.
  5. Choose to return Jyoti from exile to the command zone.
  6. Activate Food Chain by exiling a Forest Dryad token, adding {U} that can only be spent to cast creature spells.
  7. Repeat step 6 for each remaining Forest Dryad token.
  8. Repeat from step 1.
