When Fiend Hunter leaves the battlefield, it triggers, returning Restoration Angel from exile to the battlefield.
When Restoration Angel enters the battlefield, it triggers, blinking Abdel Adrian.
Abdel Adrian leaves and re-enters the battlefield, causing Fiend Hunter to return from exile to the battlefield, and triggering both Fiend Hunter and Abdel Adrian's abilities.
Resolve the Fiend Hunter trigger, exiling Restoration Angel.
