Steps

Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least {1}.
Activate Mind over Matter by discarding Cleaving Reaper, targeting the mana-producing permanent.
Faith of the Devoted and Feast of Sanity trigger.
Resolve the Feast of Sanity trigger, dealing 1 damage to any target and causing you to gain 1 life.
Resolve the Faith of the Devoted trigger, causing you to pay {1} to cause each opponent to lose 2 life and you to gain 2 life.
Resolve the Mind over Matter ability, untapping the mana-producing permanent.
Activate Cleaving Reaper by paying 3 life, returning it to your hand from your graveyard.
